RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Section 1: ORDER REFUNDS AND RETURNS.
1.1 All sales of alcohol and perishable items are final. Exclusions apply for any products with defects as determined by the store.*
1.2 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly to replace non-alcoholic products or receive a refund.
1.3 Any non-alcoholic product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.
2.1 If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.
2.2 Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
*Examples of exclusions include a 'corked' bottle of wine or a broken seal on a jar of cocktail olives.
